Good Bad is a platform where users can post dilemmas and receive community feedback through votes (Good or Bad) and optional comments. Users can create public dilemmas visible to all, or private dilemmas shared only with specific people.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Good Bad, you must create an account using Google or Facebook authentication.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate information

Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, all your associated dilemmas, votes, and comments will also be permanently deleted.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Good Bad, including dilemmas, votes, comments, and images.

By posting content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post it
Your content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights

License Grant: By posting content, you grant Good Bad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Is defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of privacy
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains spam, advertising, or solicitations
Impersonates any person or entity
Contains malicious code or links

Content Removal: Good Bad reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good Bad from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from content you post on the platform.

5. Moderation Rights

Good Bad reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to:

Remove or modify any dilemma, vote, comment, or image that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate
Suspend or ban any user account that violates these Terms or engages in abusive behavior
Hide content from public view pending review
Take any action we deem necessary to protect the community and the Service

We are not obligated to provide notice before taking moderation actions, though we may do so at our discretion.

6. Reporting

Users can report inappropriate dilemmas or comments using the built-in reporting feature. We review all reports and take appropriate action. False or abusive reporting may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

The Good Bad name, logo, design, and all related materials are the property of Good Bad. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Good Bad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for user-generated content or the opinions expressed by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Bad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms
